ERROR MESSAGE - PLEASE HELP I AM NOT AN IT EXPERT

Question

When I go on a web page and use the browser I am getting this error message.  I am now unable to use browers in various web pages and even unable to send a message in my email.  Is anyone able to help.  Please note I am not IT wiz.

1. What do you want to do, and what's the detail step?
2. Are you using TFS now?
3. What operation lead the error?
