add custom ribbon button to a specific list or based on the list name

Question

I have created a farm solution that will add a custom ribbon button in the ribbon.

now my problem is that it appears to all list.

what I want to do is to add the ribbon only to one specific list.

what I want to do is this.

for example I have 3 list (custom list)

List  1

List 2

List 3

I want the ribbon button to be available in List 1 and hidden in List 2 and List 3
