Issue in Libraries with category grouped view

Question

The views in our libraries have been configured to be grouped By Category which is a choice Column.

If there are more than 25 (Which is the item limit) then you have to click on the small triangular arrow to reveal the next lot. However when you go backwards all the other category are listed in that one category view. What is going wrong here?

I’m sorry, I can’t reproduce your issue. In my environment, it is working well on my environment. So I think you can get the latest cumulative update of SharePoint.

We had the same problem with grouped views, and April Cumulative Update resolved it.

Thanks very much for your responses - a suspected a bug so this is good news for me. I noticed that there is a more recent update - June 2012 KB 2598354. Should I just install this one instead?

Well installing thew June 2012 KB 2598354 did resolve this issue :o) but now i have a new problem :O(. Time to create a new thread!
