    Can this two work together, can I deploy WorkflowService developed in VS 2010 B2 into AppFabric B2?

      You probably meant "AppFabric B1" and not "AppFabric B2" as it does not exist, but yes - they are meant to work together.
      You can host your workflow services developed in VS2010 Beta 2 on top of AppFabric Beta 1.
