Implimenting the "HEAT MAP" propeties

Can anyone suggest me about the "HEAT MAP" properties on the bing map...

Hi Richard,

Scenario:if there is an Operation call it as Operation1 held in  in new york.

                 and another Operation -> Operetion2 in washington

then

               i want to display whole region of newyork and washington with different color using heatmap.

m writing my code in C# .NET, silverlight.if there is anything lacking in the information.please let me know.for next time i will be careful.
