Is it possible to replace the navigation bar in Bing Maps ajax v7?

Question

I'd like to move the navigation to the bottom, then replace the pan image.  Alternatively, I was thinking of hiding the default navigation, putting a pan image where I want it, then using javascript to pan the map, but it looked like a mess.

 

I'm hoping someone else out there has a better solution. :)

Yes, you can easily hide the navigation control and create a custom one by overlaying a Div on the map. To hide the navigation controls take a look at the map options: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg427603.aspx Alternatively, you can also look at using the second control layout that mimics the bing.com/maps controls.
