Hi Laurent,
Sorry for the late reply. Currently, I don't have the enviroment to implement virtual private servers for private cloud settings. Hence, I will try my best to help. Could you please check the following document to see if the steps in "Configure Hyper_V for Private Cloud Module" section help:
If the issue persists, I will try to involve someone familliar with this part in this thread.
Thanks.

Hi
Thanks a lot for your reply.
I have already read this documentation. Before I post my first message my problem is section Hostname and Networks is alaways empty on configuration page of VPS.
Now when I specify SCVMM Server connection options by specifying a URL to SCVMMService component from DDTK installed on the web server the validate button is never green !
The message is :
System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state. at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResponse response, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall) at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.Invoke(String methodName, Object[] parameters) at WebsitePanel.Providers.VirtualizationForPC.VirtualizationServerForPrivateCloud.CheckServerState(VMForPCSettingsName control, String connString, String connName)
Thanks a lot -

I am having the same problem, host and networks are empty (cannot select them). Did you manage to fix the problem?
I get the following error in the websitepanel event log:

FAI - I have fixed this error and it is now working.
Problem was that I did not have the virtualmachinemanager powershell snappin installed on the web server. Once installed I can now see and select the hyper-v host and virtual networks from the drop down boxes.
