    why i need to open htaccess b ecause in cpanel website opetion i make a some wrong rediraction so my site is in too many redirection ..so i am confused to what to do ? so i think  just open .htaccess file and delete all rediraction ...but in cpanel i can not see any htaccess file in file manager also so now any one having a ideal how can i solve this problem ???thanks

    If you are not a web host using WebsitePanel then this forum is not for you. (It is not a technical support forum for anything to do with hosting).

    I would suggest you contact your web host for support using their hosting as they will be in the best place to answer you.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late. If you are using WebSitePanel(WSP), then this is correct forum for you. Do you mean you receive "too many redirections" error? Acctually, this error occurs when there's a redirection loop in your site. I suggest you double check the following settings:

    • http redirection settings
    • url rewrite setting

    If the issue persists, you may post the corresponding settings here so that I could help check if the settings is correct. Also you may enable failed request tracing for further troubleshooting:
