I cannot add a new option in the debug menu in Visual Studio

Question

I have to add a new option in the Debug menu of Visual Studio. Reading the documentation(http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc826118.aspx), I found the way how to add an option in the menus File, Edit, View, Tools, etc. However, I did not find the ID for the Debug menu.

Is there anyone who can help me?
