How to create dialog box with semi transparent style

Question

Hi,
  I create a dialog box without Non client area, and dialog contain a webbrowser control and i want to make dialog box upper part semi transparent and webbrowser control does not have effect of transparent . means webbrowser control display properly .

please tell me the way how can i do this ?

Thanks ext2tzm for wonderful reply.

     but I am not able to use Webbrowser conyrol on dialog box. it does not able to display dialog box when i add Webbrowser control on dialog box.
