VM Role is still "pending"

Question

Hello,

i Was trying to upload *.vhd image on my azure account, but i am getting mesage: The subscription is not authorized for this feature.

I was searching forum for help and find out, that i need enable "beta programs -> VM Role". I does this five day ago.

When i am try to upload *.vhd image i still getting the same message: The subscription is not authorized for this feature.

When i look in azure management portal -> beta programs, i see VM-Role status: "pending"

This state is same as was before five days. Must i do something else to activate the VM Role and upload *.vhd image?

Hi Thomas,

You'll need to wait for the confirmation email. Only then will the VM Role be active for your subscription. You could try to contact support to speed up the process: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsazure/support

I was trying contact windowsazure support, but they do not hold support for beta programs and re-send me to this forum. I will read blog you post. Thanks for reply.
