Where to get AdventureWorksDW2008 database?

Question

I am starting Microsoft Press' 'SQL Server 2008 Reporting Services Step by Step' book.  The exercises require the AdventureWorksDW2008 database.  The codeplex site only offers AdventureWorks2008R2_RTM.exe which can install only AdventureWorksDW or AdventureWorksDW2008R2.  The 1st is missing the DimDate table and the latter has the DimDate table but the data is not in the time range the exercises call for.  Is there any place the AdventureWorksDW2008 can be found?
