Automatic workflow is not working in Sharepoint Designer

Hi,
I created a workflow in Sharepoint Designer for Automatically trigger a workflow, when a item is added into  DocumentLibrary. But it was not work. Then when i did it same as manually it working fine. Why it appened  for sharepoint Designer.

You are probably using Sharepoint service pack 1 or 2; this is a know i ssue (link also provides a workaround); don't log in with the application pool account.
