How can I hide "work flow" menu and all quick access button in Publishing Page Editing Toolbar?

Question

As workflow menu and publish quick access button in http://blogs.msdn.com/photos/ecmblog/images/1802100/original.aspx, 

I would like to require your help to hide "workflow" menu in Publishing Page Editing Toolbar?

In my case, I like to delete all quick access buttons too~

Include but not limited to:

<ConsoleNode ConfigMenu="Delete" ChangedNodeID="qaWorkflowDecline" /> (OK)
<ConsoleNode ConfigMenu="Delete" ChangedNodeID="qaWorkflowApprove" /> (OK)
<ConsoleNode ConfigMenu="Delete" ChangedNodeID="qaPublish" /> (It's seems not work, the "Publish button will display on the Checked Out Page and Draft page") ... >o<


Could you please advice me?
