Pivot table sharepoint 2010

Question

Hi,,, im so confuse because for some client in the past i use a webpart for wss 2.0 that let me visualize a pivot table and let me add or delete columns in it,,, that web part bring with the Office Web Components installer, but i did not found that webpart for sharepoint 2010, my question is, exists a control as the webpart pivot table for sharepoint 2010 ? thanks in advance.

Are you using SharePoint Foundation 2010 (the equivalent to WSSP), or the enterprise version of SharePoint 2010, equivalent to MOSS?

In the enterprise version, there is a new out of box web part called the Chart Web part, and there's also the Excel Web Access web part that you can use.

 Hi,

 

       As Laura mentioned, you can consider use OOB Excel Web Access web part or Chart Web part.

       You could find Excel Web Access web part and Chart Web part in Webpart--> Business Data(Folder)--> Excel Web Access Webpart/Chart Web part.

Hi, my problem is that i dont have that folder in the webparts folder how can i activate those webparts ? thanks in advanced

       Have you activated the SharePoint Server Enterprise Site Collection Features?

       Please see the following article:

       Please also make sure your version, this feature is for enterprise version.

Hi Aaron, now i can install those webparts but, those webparts dont give me the functionality that give to me the old Office Web Components webpart, i mean those webparts dont let manage the excel worksheet as a pivot, is there a webpart that let me do that ?, thanks in advance
