want to learn Microsoft robotic developer studio in depth. 
Does Microsoft have any certification plan for it? 
Guide me please and have any training center in Stuttgart, Germany or near by.

Currently there is no certification plan for Microsoft Robotics. For training there are a couple of options. If you prefer your information online you can access detailed information here:

If you prefer to read books then there are two options currently:

• Professional Microsoft Robotics Developer Studio (Wrox Programmer to Programmer)
• Robot Development Using Microsoft Robotics Developer Studio
