How to rotate text in Excel cell in windows forms using DocumentFormat

Question

Trying to figure out how to rotate text in an Excel spreadsheet cell created using DocumentFormat in Windows Forms.  Is this supported?  Appologies if this is the wrong forum, please move, place, or direct me to the correct one?
