I have designed a wed content that I would like to  extract and FTP to an ISP, are there any way to save the file structure of the website...

you could try using software to copy the whole site down to your hard drive like http://www.surfoffline.com/download-website/

the other option is to activate 3rd party option and then connect to your site through sharepoint designer and copy to your hard drive
