In the past, we have not cached the WSDLs on our end, but I am strongly considering doing so. The one question that immediately jumps to mind is: how often do the WSDLs change? Is it just doing upgrades? Is there any sort of notification and lead time when these will change?Rebuilding Americas Credit - Auto Loans by Auto Credit Express
Yes, any updates to the wsdl's are communicated well in advance, usually with a 6 month lead time. I would highly recommend caching the wsdl's, and using a local file-based approach.
