How do I concatenate/combine column values from a query that returns multiple records where values in the other columns are all the same?

  • I have a select query returning 5 columns.  4 of the 5 columns contain the same values but the 5th column called "Content Description" will contain a different value.  Is there an expression or SQL I can write that will group the records together and combine the values from the "Item Name" column into a single column so that only one record is returned.   This is an example of the results currently returned:
