How to run a macro specified in the /x command line switch instead of the autoexec macro ?

    Question

  • Hi all

I have a accdb (access 2007)  with a autoexec macro to make the setup as I need.

In some conditions, I want to open it from a command line specifying another macro...

One other solution, would be in those conditions, pass an argument to the autoexec macro through command line...

... and macros are not my "forte"...

    Any idea will be welcome.

    TIA

  • Got it...

the solution is use the /cmd switch and modify the code call by the autoexec macro...

    Is so simple it hurts...

Sometimes thinking is better a bit more and avoid a post...

or "if you can not help, disturb, the important thing is to participate..."
