    Im using access 2010 

    creating a web app

    I need to create a search engine for my user to quikly find a record.

    The users need to find Purchase Orders (Exact Numbers) 

    I really need your help guys.

    I built a search page for Access web here:
     
     
    The above example is based on soundex, so it even matches names that are miss-spelled. In this screen shot, you can see how I search for Cindy, but matches from the search system returned even names that sound the same.
     
     
     
    However, in your case, you could simply use a filter, and remove the call to the soundex code system in the above.
