How can I get all the cells in a row that i select in a datagrid?

Hi All,

I am using the WPF datagrid from CodePlex. I want to get all the data in the cells in the row I select at runtime and display them in separate textboxes..

Could anybody help me with this?

Do you binde the values from a datatable?

If yes than it is easy... If no than I dont know... Could you clearify this?
