Is Microsoft planning to offer a tiered usage-based pricing on CDN and Bandwidth?

Question

The question is self explanatory. I can see Amazon doing this and would like to know if I could expect the same from MS. It's hard for me to project my costs without having a better idea of how much bandwidth and CDN could cost in the case of volume (in petabytes) usage.
