Expected memory bandwidth on ARM tablets? Developer devices?

I'm current developing a spectrum analyzer, essentially porting my WP7 project, for Windows 8. Back on WP7 I had to battle mediocre memory bandwidth. Given the expected higher base resolution (1366x768 instead of 800x480) and that the WriteableBitmap doesn't have a directly accessible pixel buffer anymore, instead requiring memory copying a backbuffer into it, this increases the bandwidth needs for rendering graphs quite a bit.

What performance can I expect from upcoming ARM tablets? Will they have a considerably faster memory bus than the actual WP7 phones?

Also, will there be developer devices available to order soonish (e.g. starting with the June release), so that one can test their apps properly before Windows 8 GA?
