I m getting the below error message on VS2010 C# when trying to execute script(slect * From tableName) i m using SMO Version=11.0

Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SqlServer.BatchParser, Version=11.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its dependencies. The parameter is incorrect. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070057 (E_INVALIDARG)) (mscorlib)

Odds are that you need to download the feature pack from:

For SMO you need: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Management Objects Collection

Choose the version appropriate to your SQL Server:

X86
Package (SQLServer2005_XMO.msi) - 9189 KB
X64
Package (SQLServer2005_XMO_x64.msi) - 14675 KB
IA64
Package (SQLServer2005_XMO_ia64.msi) - 18025 KB
