powerpivot - any workaround for calculated items?

Hi
I have a 'segment' field which has values - consumer and commercial.
I want to use this along with other fields like product line (desktop/notebook) and values (rev, units) in a compact pivot table report format.
And I need to have a 3rd value in 'segment' as Total (Total = consumer + commercial).
Now with pivot tables, I can create 'Total' a calculated item and it allows me to have all three values in the same pivot table. (please see attachment picture for a view of the table)
But with powerpivot, I cant create a calculated item. Does anyone have a solution for that?
(please do note that just using a Grand Total/Subtotal wouldnt help this situation, because that would contain sum of everything only. I want Total by desktop/notebook for rev/units too.)
Thanks in advance for help.
