How to add certificates for Windows Phones

Question

Hello. I want to know that

Please add Korea Information Security Agency(KISA) root CA certificates for Windows Phone.

KISA was established by the Informaton Facilitation ACT No.14 in April, 1996
and it is operation the Supreme Authorizing Organization, the Electronic
Signature Authorization Management Center, for making up safe and trustful
environments of using electronic signature.

We currently have been accepted by Microsoft and our root CA certificate was
included in Window XP in the Feb 24 2006.

but Windows Phone Not yet
