[Windows phone 7] Visual Studio setup cannot run in compatibility mode.

환경 : Window 7 + VS2010 SP1

윈도우 폰 7.1을 설치하는데 아래와같은 에러가 나옵니다.

호환성을 체크하고자함에도 비활성화 되어있습니다.
