BCS in SharePoint 2010.

Question

 i want to update Sql server  table that show into Extenal list record. i want to  edit Some record in External list and want to update . then those reflect on Sql server
but i got this Error.

pls help me .

Error====
The Field named 'Name' contains an Identifier which is not read only. The Update operation requires a corresponding PreUpdaterField for this Field on Method with Name 'Update' on Entity (External Content Type) with Name 'UserList' in Namespace 'http://win-sqtrhj0jhc7:40612'.

Hi,

How did you create your ECT? By Visual Studio, SharePoint designer?
