Infopath: Different Validation for Different Views

Question

Hello,

I have an Infopath form with a couple validators on it, along with 2 different views. In the second view, i would like to have all of the current validators except for two. Is it possible to have different validators depending on what view of the form you're looking at?

Hi,

I understand that you want to use different validation rules on the same control in different view .As far as I know ,the rules are bind to the controls .If you use the same control in the different view ,the validation rules will be the same.

Or you can try to use ‘Or’ to combine two conditions for the control .In this way ,the control can pass the validation with either condition met .
