Infopath Web Browser Limitations

Question

I have created an infopath web form and published it to sharepoint with no issues.  I have updated the form by adding a few more controls.  I know there are no issues with these controls because the same controls are already on the form.  Is there a limit of controls that a sharepoint or a infopath web form can have before it makes it change to Infopath Filler?

After I published the form a few more times I noticed for a quick second a pop up of a visual basic programming trying to upload along with the form to the sharepoint server.  I know i didnt put any code into my form so I desiced to look for that as part of my google search.  I came across this site.  Fix for my issue . 

I have talked and have done live meetings with two microsoft sharepoint/infpath experts and have a ticket open for two weeks with them with no answers.  Hope this little fix helps.
