Limit to the number of cities in a CityTarget object

Question

Is there a maximum number of cities we can pass in through the CityTarget when adding a new Target to the library? Am I correct in assuming that, if there is a limit, the same limit restriction is imposed on the other various Target objects (StateTarget, MetroTarget, etc.)?
