registry_entry_removal_device_appication_persists_after_coldboot

Question

Hi friends,
              I have this device Toughnote DA05-M Rugged Waterproof PDA have
flashed Wince operating
              system.
             I install one application of WIRELESS Lan after uninstalling &
cold booting the registry
             entry for application remains persist.
             Why it is happening? I have with other device also there
registry entry for application gets
             deleted after cold boot.
