hacked account

seriously not happy, opened msn acc in 2010 done evrything i was meant 2, used it 4 my fb n then was hacked everything was changed n have now had an email on my new Facebook acc from sum1 saying they can get it bak 4 me wiv new pw...n yes omg i can get on it, but not my fb..... all there details r on there n noway ov clearing them from it, he says i need 2 send a pic ov my driving lic or passport pic 2 verify its me 4 me 2 get my facebook account bak....is this true i just want my accounts bak 4 me 2 play poker again...seiously im not happy
