Enterprise Agreement pricing

I need to find out about the details of Enterprise Agreement pricing, i.e. volume bandwidth, virtual machines, CDN, transactions, and so on. On AWS, it's easy to get a better understanding of how costly the cloud may get because Amazon is not too secretive about their tiered pricing model like Microsoft is. In the past, I've contacted Azure Support to ask about volume pricing, but the help I got was disappointingly useless.
For those of you who might have signed an Enterprise Agreement,
- Did you get a price quote prior to becoming an Azure customer or did they tell you to start using Azure first and switch to an Enterprise Account?
- I suppose the EA pricing is confidential. At the very least, I'd like to know if it's comparable to AWS pricing. It would be heart breaking to spend countless hours developing a product on the Microsoft stack only to find out one day that another company offers a more attractive pricing.

As you have noted, EA pricing is confidential and specific to each customer.
Microsoft does offer volume discounts for Windows Azure customers with a minimum $10,000 annual contract.
If you would like to get more details you will need to file a support ticket at https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?prid=14234&st=1&wfxredirect=1&sd=gn
Let them know you would like more information regarding an EA agreement, the agent should be able to connect you with the proper team that handles EA.
Let me know if you have any issues once you have a support ticket.
