How to verify my azure account without using credit card?

Hello guys, I want to sign in for free trial of windows azure. But, it needs credit card or visa for verification. I neither have the credit card nor visa. But, I have the debit card, maestro card. So, can I verify my account with this. Or can I verify my account by using another option other than credit card.

Your only option now is really use a credit card or some other card that is available in the Azure portal. This is the only verification option you can use.

what about the azure pass. I try to sign up for the azure pass but it needs promo code. How can i get the promo code?

HI.. one question: does anybody know why did i not get the verify code via sms ? i send my phone number but no sms received... i have a pre pay, is that the problem ? (because i have not enough credit?). Thanks

The problem may be that you wrote your code country (00xxx).

So, try again without it.
