Could snapped view be leveraged for windows phone?

Just thinking outside the box here... What if microsoft built the ability to export a windows 8 app's snapped view to a XAP for windows phone?
Meaning, after building an entire windows 8 app, have a mechanism for exporting only the stuff that drives the snapped view as a windows phone app.
What started me thinking about this was the aspect ratios of the snapped view and a windows phone app are similar.

Interesting idea! All the information about that view is described by the project so you would be part of the way there. You should post this idea to the Win7 phone forums as well. Keep the ideas coming for sure!
Thinking way outside the box... What if you developed this tool? What a great opportunity for you!
