How do you upgrade to SQL 2012 from SQL 2008 R2 with a customer that has purchased Embedded maintenance?

Hello,
Technically the procedure is the same as any other licensed SQL Server edition. But to obtain the media and license of the new SQL Server version as a benefit due to the embedded maintenance, you may have to call Microsoft Licensing at 1-800-426-9400, Monday through Friday, 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (Pacific Time) to speak directly to a Microsoft licensing specialist.
