Using Infopath 2010 "Manage multiple list items with this form" but check box values is missing when the form is re-opened

I am using the "Manage multiple list items with this form" and it works as I expected in terms of creating multiple list entries from the repeating section in the form. However, when I view or edit the list item it created, the values in the check box are missing

Please make sure you do not have any form actions or custom code which can potentially change the value before submitting on all form views.

Thanks for replying. Yes, there are rules I have set to do some copying of values in a repeating section. I posted the details in another thread.
