SQL Server 2008 R2 Books Online - This program cannot display the webpage on all items

Question

I've installed SQL Server Books Online, reinstalled it, but Can't get it working. 

All what appears is: 

This program cannot display the webpage

I have IE 9, and it is the DEFAULT BROWSER

I'm running Windows 7 Professional 

Any suggestion how to solve this problem?
