facing issues while sending mail using smtp.live.com in c#

i am using live.com to send emails using C#.
after sending some mails i am getting below error:
Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.3.4 Requested action not taken; To continue sending messages, please sign in to your account.
if i sign to account i was asked to verify the account by entering some characters or asked to validate by mobile.
can anyone help me in this .

It will likely be hapening because you have not ever (or lately) logged in to your inbox. Try logging into your live.com email account once. It will likely ask you to type in the letters from a screen image. After typing in the text and you see your inbox you should be able to use the smtp server.
