Can i sell my app in the windows store?

Question

Hi, i asked this question before and some people helped but i cant find the right answer; im from Puerto Rico but i dont see my country in the list.

I will aprecciate a LOT the answer

Hi AlexanderCH,

Since you live (or operate a business in) a territory of the United States you will be able to register for a Windows Store developer account and submit apps when Windows 8 is available and registration is opened to developers.

Thanks a lot Dawn, another question; the only apps i can sell in the windows store are the metro style ones or i can make for example a regular app like in windows 7 with adobe flash cs5.5 and sell it in the windows store?
