EPG information

Question

I have a .ts file(multiple streams) When I Play it in VLC player it shows the EPG information (i.e. chanel list) in playback-> programme menu. Now when I play this file in directshow filter graph  it play the files, but I am not able to fetch EPG information from the .ts file. How can I fetch the EPG information in directshow from that .ts file .

You get the PSIP information from the TIF (Transport Information Filter) http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/dd693011(v=vs.85).aspx
