Exception thrown when trying to run tests.

Question

Hello,

When trying to run a set of tests (from the Test List Editor), a windows pops out saying:

"Not implemented (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004001 (E_NOTIMPL))".

Repeated attempts to run don't solve it. Saving the solution though, and then trying to run, will allow me to run the tests once.

After running the tests, when trying to run them again, I'll get the same exception all over again.

Thank you for posting in the MSDN forum.

Do you mean that there are many tests in your Test List? If you try to run them individually, Do the tests work well?

If you run this test List with command line /testlist, does it works? See “MSTest.exe Command-Line Options”

If you try to launch VS using safemode (in vs2010 command line, run devenv /safemode), what is the result? You can also try devenv /resetsettings to reset VS.
