Gantt of Resources in Team System

Question

Hello,

Is there a way to manage my resources (employees, Rooms...) in a visual way as Gantt in Team system?

I have Work Item tasks with estimation time but how can I know if my resources are available for that estimation?

You can use MS Project to import/syncronice  your workitem data (time estimation) and use Project to manage your resources.
There is also a simplier excel workbook for agile planing that contains a simple way for capacity planing and to make sure you dont over allocate your team.

Asuming you have a team project with MSF for Agile you will find them under the documents folder in the path \Documents\Shared Documents\Iteration 1\Iteration Backlog.xslm
