Compatibility of COM components with windows supported tablets and smartphones

Question

I have developed an application which uses COM dll. This dll interacts with device driver at one end and application UI at other end. Now, I want to port it to windows tablet. I want to know wheather COM components are supported on  windows supported tablets and smartphones.
