Microsoft Visual++Runtime Library

Question

 Recently I have not been able to open PDF's or read files from other sources-Asmall screen appears which states;

Microsoft Visual ++Runtime Library.

X Runtime Error!

Program:C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer.exe

This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Please contact the application's support tem for more information.
