TF249053 Could not modify project list

Question

I am using Visual Studio 2010 to connect TFS. 

Recently my computer is attacked by FakeSysDef, I managed to recover and remove the virus.

But, this virus mess with file properties, like invisibility and writable.

I manually remove read-only on folder %user%\AppData and %System%\ProgramData. Still doesn't resolve this issue.

Could some tells me where the project list file is located?

TF249053 is the error code.

I got this when I fire up my visual studio and it connects to TFS. It will try to list projects that I previously connected.

I've not yet check out anything.
