Work item xxx opened due to build failure ?

Question

Hello, we are creating a workitem (Task) on Build success.  But the log showing "Work item xxx opened due to build failure" message. Is there any way to get rid off this message...

Could you please provide more information about how did you create the Task work item when build success?

Thanks for your reploy....

I just used the "OpenWorkITem" activity as a part of my build step.  I haven't set any condition to create work item.  I just wanted it as one regular step for my build.

Here are properties for "OpenWorkItem" activity...

As far as I know, the “Work item xx opened due to build failure” log is by default in OpenWorkItem activity, there’s no option to change it.

For this scenario, I suggest you submit it to Microsoft Connect Feedback portal at: https://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio. Microsoft engineers will evaluate them seriously.
